Hey emilio189, 

I did try and send you a message in the channel but you left as I was 
typing it, anyway. I tested my dibcom (model 70009) on a spare Pi 1 
model B (the version with the four usb ports) and experienced no issues 
with playback or tuning using the latest Tvheadend code (no modications).

Here's what I did..

I used raspbian-ua-netinst [https://github.com/debian-pi/raspbian-ua-netinst] 
to do a minimal clean install, along with the the packages needed to 
build tvheadend (using the autobuild.sh script). 

Once the install completed I installed rpi-update, updated the kernel, 
grabbed & placed the dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20.fw to /lib/firmware, plugged 
in the tuner, installed Tvheadend & did the usual setup (added a 
network, muxes, assigned to tuner etc.).
